This "Climat"

Located south of Nuits Saint Georges, this climat takes its name from the bushy vegetation and in particular the brambles that occupied it before it was cleared.

Tasting

Appearance : - A wine with a deep and brilliant color Bouquet : A fine and aromatic nose of ripe black fruits and wild berries In the mouth : A fruity and unctuous wine with notes of blackberries and blackcurrant supported by a powerful structure with a beautiful minerality, fine tannins and a spicy finish.

Terroir

Ideally located in the middle of a south-east facing hillside, this climate is based on a rather poor and stony clay-limestone soil with iron oxides giving the wine a beautiful tannic structure, a measured power and a delicacy which make it a classic fine wines.
